1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting to or using this WhatsApp Business API integration, you agree to these Terms of Service and to Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Business Terms.
2. The Service
PT Kai Labs Indonesia provides a technical integration layer on top of Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API), enabling our clients to send and receive WhatsApp messages, manage webhooks, and automate business messaging.
3. Eligibility & Account
- You must have a valid Meta Business account and WhatsApp Business Account (WABA)
- You are responsible for keeping API credentials and access tokens confidential
- You must comply with all applicable laws and Meta's platform policies
4. Acceptable Use
- No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or messaging without proper opt-in
- No unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content
- No attempts to circumvent Meta's or our security/rate-limit controls
5. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The integration also depends on the availability of Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, which is outside our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PT Kai Labs Indonesia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms, Meta's policies, or applicable law are violated.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
